Refund Policy

Purchases are not open during preview. The following explains how credits and support will work when checkout becomes available.

Failed generations

A task that fails or is rejected before delivery returns its reserved video credit automatically. This is a credit return, not a cash refund. Do not submit the same task repeatedly while it is still processing.

Broken completed videos

If a delivered video is clearly unusable, contact weihz5138@gmail.com with its task ID within seven days. We review the result and may return its credit. Small differences in likeness, timing or artistic interpretation do not automatically constitute a failed generation.

Purchase refunds

Contact support within 14 days about an unused package. We review the payment and usage record with Waffo Pancake. Do not continue using a package while its refund is being assessed. Mandatory rights under applicable consumer law are not limited by this policy.

No subscription

All listed packages are one-time purchases. There is no automatic renewal or cancellation cycle.
