Accounts and availability
You must be at least 18, protect your account and provide accurate information. You can use Google sign-in or a guest account. A guest account is accessible only through its browser session, for up to 30 days. Link Google before purchasing to protect access to your credits. Linking preserves your guest account data; an existing separate Google profile is not automatically merged. During preview, generation and checkout may be unavailable.
Your images and permission
Only submit your own material or material you are entitled to use with permission from everyone depicted. Everyone depicted must be an adult. You grant us and the necessary generation providers a limited permission to process submitted material to deliver and review your requested video. You retain your rights in the original uploads.
AI models and service providers
The current workflow uses Nano Banana 2 (Google Gemini 3.1 Flash Image) to prepare scene images and Kling 2.5 Turbo (Image to Video Pro) to generate videos, accessed through Kie.ai. Solo, Pet and Duo use this same workflow. Public generation remains closed during preview. See our model disclosure for the distinction between the customer workflow and curated demos. We will update the disclosed model names before making a different model available for new requests.
AI-generated fiction
Outputs are invented scenes, not records of real actions. Do not use them to impersonate someone, fabricate evidence, mislead viewers, or imply an endorsement. Face swapping, identity substitution, sexualized transformations and fabricated intimate scenes are not supported. Real-person uploads remain unavailable until the applicable service restrictions have been resolved.
Video credits and purchases
When checkout opens, packages are one-time purchases with no recurring subscription. One credit is reserved for each 10-second video request in any mode. A failed or rejected task returns that credit automatically. Pricing and applicable taxes are displayed before payment. Successful payment is confirmed by our payment provider before credits are issued.
Output limitations
AI may change details, timing, motion or likeness. Exact six-second eating timing is a creative instruction, not a contractual guarantee. We cannot guarantee ownership exclusivity or third-party clearance of generated material. You are responsible for how you use and label it.
Suspension and support
We may reject requests, remove content or suspend accounts that misuse the service. You may appeal through support. Refund requests follow our Refund Policy; applicable consumer rights are unaffected.
